What to include
For a useful response, include your name or organization, the page or protocol component involved, a clear description of the question or opportunity, and any relevant source or link. For correction requests, quote the disputed statement and provide the strongest available primary evidence.
Security and sensitive information
Never send seed phrases, private keys, passwords, owner PINs, identity documents, unpublished personal information, or other secrets through Telegram, X, GitHub, comments, or public messages. TrustLink Labs will never require a wallet recovery phrase to discuss research or a partnership.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed according to relevance and available capacity. Research corrections and credible security concerns receive priority, but a response time is not guaranteed. Unsolicited token promotions, mass marketing, impersonation, and requests for confidential user data may be ignored.
